Vital signs:

Understanding and applying the critical elements of financial strategy

Vital Signs is a programme of three integrated modules that successively builds an ability to undertake financial performance analysis, to construct a financial model of a business, and to enable strategic financial conversations with board members of a client.

The programme enables participants with no previous financial experience or knowledge to enhance their fundamental consulting skills set. The modules are delivered through a combination of structured learning, case studies, and peer group based reflective learning exercises.

The programme provides participants with a complete tool kit to be confident and articulate about finance as part of their critical thinking. This compliments related modules in the PSfPS curriculum, honing their ability to critique and diagnose business problems or opportunities by increasing the power and effectiveness of their thinking and improving their capabilities.
