Return to Work Opportunities
PSfPS are delighted to have joined forces with Women Returners to find experienced professionals seeking to return to work after an extended (longer than maternity) career break who can join our existing team of tutors to deliver our development programmes.
Who are we looking for?
We believe that our associate (contractor) model could be perfectly suited to women who would like to retain the flexibility of contract work with assignments that suit their availability, while having the opportunity to work with some of the world’s leading firms.
With headquarters in the UK, we operate worldwide and welcome applications from people based both within and outside the UK, particularly USA.
As all programmes are delivered at clients’ premises, your location is not important but travel to clients’ sites will be required.
You will have:
– Professional services experience at Senior Manager-level and above (i.e. management consulting, law, accounting), preferably within a blue-chip international firm. Current tutors are all former consultants from top-tier consulting and professional services firms including: Arthur D Little, Booz Allen Hamilton, CSC, Deloitte, KPMG, PA Consulting and PwC
– Consulting, tutoring, training development and coaching skills
– A high level of experience and educational background, as well as first-class people development skills.
While the role would primarily be in delivery, an ability to help nurture existing client relationships and cultivate new business opportunities would be an advantage.
PSfPS design and deliver behavioural and cognitive professional development programmes worldwide. Our clients include some of the world’s leading consulting and professional services firms and also global organisations looking to adopt the best practices and behaviours from the world of professional services.
We take pride in being a friendly firm and strive to ensure that every member of the team feels valued, rewarded and appreciated.
For over 20 years, our consultants have worked with more than 350 clients and trained/coached/mentored over 100,000 professionals worldwide. Clients include Partners, Senior Executives, Managers and Practitioners from global firms in a variety of business sectors. Further details can be found here.
PSfPS’s approach combines experiential learning and best practice with the most recent psychological and consultancy research. Programmes typically consist of a mix of presentations, individual and team coaching, group workshops, role playing and case studies. Every training programme is designed collaboratively and tailored for the client. The programmes are highly practical and rooted in real live situations, which ensures that delegates can sustain behaviour well beyond the learning event.
