Elsa has always been passionate about developing people. After many years training undergraduate students at Utrecht University, Elsa acquired a strong corporate R&D experience at Danone Research in the Netherlands.
While holding a senior role in the Board of Science directors of Danone Nutricia Research – Early Life Nutrition Division, she gained extensive experience in designing and facilitating training sessions and workshops in scientific strategy, business processes, as well as in leadership development, team and personal development. Her passion for training made her decide to leave her job at Danone and to fully focus her professional life in developing people through training and coaching.
Since September 2014, Elsa has been working with PSfPS, with a focus on developing and delivering leadership programmes, coaching and facilitation skills programmes.
Based in the Netherlands, Elsa works with international clients, from SME to corporate, from academic to non-profit organizations. Based on a long academic scientific experience combined with corporate R&D experience, her niche is to accompany clients from the Life Sciences industry (pharma, food, chemical, biotechnology, cosmetics industry, research institutes and academia).
Elsa has a PhD degree in Cellular and Molecular Pathophysiology, an engineering degree in food biotechnology and she holds a University diploma in personal coaching.
Outside of work, Elsa enjoys reading many personal development books – often at the same time. Elsa is French, married to a British man and they live in The Netherlands with their three sons.
